Evolve Work Studio Case Study
Problem: Bangalore’s co-working market is aggressively competitive, especially in micro-markets like Whitefield and Bannerghatta Road. Larger brands like We Work, Regus, B hive were dominating digital visibility through paid media and content, while Evolve Workstudio had limited online presence.
At the same time, expansion was underway — three floors in Whitefield required stronger occupancy, a new Bannerghatta Road location had to be launched, and a newly developed premium floor (₹3+ crore investment) needed to be filled quickly. Low visibility combined with expansion pressure created a clear revenue risk.

Solution
Our Approach
We built immediate demand while strengthening long-term visibility. The focus was simple: capture high-intent search traffic, dominate micro-markets locally, and position Evolve as a premium alternative — not a discount workspace.

Outcome
• Bannerghatta Road location achieved full occupancy post-launch
• 150+ seats filled across Whitefield floors
• Sustained flow of high-intent enquiries through structured search campaigns
• Improved conversion efficiency supported by stronger brand recall
• Positioned Evolve as a premium workspace in its micro-markets

“Bangalore’s co-working market is extremely competitive, and visibility was our biggest challenge. Expand M didn’t just run ads — they structured our positioning and targeting properly. Within months, we saw consistent enquiries and stronger occupancy across locations. Their approach was systematic and numbers-driven.”
